Pricing & Getting booked in
Getting booked in is easy.
All you need to know is the make and model of your machine (if possible) and a description of the fault.
Let’s Talk
I will ask you a few details about your machine and yourself.
I will try and give you a quote over the phone if possible.
Please know the make and model as I will need these details.
Get Booked In
Then, when you have been booked in, Just sit back and relax.
I will be in touch on the day with who we have arranged for me to meet at the property.
Inspection
Depending on your fault and the price of the parts required.
If I can pre-order the parts to make your repair quicker, all good.
If not, I will inspect your machine and keep you informed before any repairs or parts are under taken/ordered.
Parts
I carry the more common parts for washing machines, dryers and cookers.
If its something I don’t have to hand, ordering parts are fast and usually available within 2-3 working days*.

I want to give at much coverage as I can.

Free Standing Appliances
Call out fee is from £70, plus any parts required.
Semi / Intergrated Appliances
Call out fee is from £80, plus any parts required.
Further more..
If you have a machine repair either booked in or ongoing, and you have another machine go faulty while you have a repair on going, you can get the further machine(s) discounted saving you even more.
This can be up to half of the initial call out charge.
No where else gives you that service!

As a small business, I want to keep my prices as low as I can so I am efficient with the processes I use, keeping my fees low to help my customers save money.
Paperless Business
Invoices and receipts will be emailed meaning less out goings.
Fully insured
In the extremely unlikely even something happens, I am fully insured.
