Pricing & Getting booked in
Getting booked in is easy.
All you need to know is the make and model of your machine (if possible) and a description of the fault.

I will ask you a few details about your machine and yourself.
I will try and give you a quote over the phone if possible.
Please know the make and model as i will need these details
Get Booked In
Then, when you have been booked in, Just sit back and relax.
I will be in touch on the day with who we have arranged for me to meet at the property.
Inspection
Depending on your fault and the price of the parts required.
If I can pre-order the parts to make your repair quicker, all good.
If not, I will inspect your machine and keep you informed before any repairs or parts are under taken/ordered.
Parts
I carry the more common parts for washing machines, dryers and cookers.
If its something I don’t have to hand, ordering parts are fast and usually available within 2-3 working days.
Coverage and Charges
I want to give at much coverage as I can.
Where am I based?
Based in Kidderminster and serving all the surrounding areas. I cover proximately 20 miles radius.

Free Standing Appliances
Call out fee is £65 plus any parts required.
Semi / Intergrated Appliances
Call out fee is £75 plus any parts required.
Further machine repairs are discounted when already having or are planning to attend a call at the same property.
This is generally approximately half of the initial call out.
No where else gives you that service!

As a small business, I want to keep my prices as low as I can so I am efficient with the processes I use, keeping my fees as low to help my customers out.
Paperless Business
Invoices and receipts will be emailed meaning less out goings.
Fully insured
In the extremely unlikely even something happens, I am fully insured.
Communtication
I keep in contact as frequently as required but if you haven’t herd from me, get in touch.
I use text, messaging, E-mail and phone.
Respect
We all want to be respected and treated with decency.
If i feel this isn’t the case, i will leave immediately.

The Mendy Man is amazing. He talked on the phone for ages about our faulty washing machine to diagnose the problem. He then agreed to come out ASAP to look at it outside of his normal working hours.
